I've been told I talk a little too much - OFTEN! So I will keep this short. I have been working in the dental field for years! A LONG TIME. I have been with Dana most of that time. I have left a couple of times, but I keep coming back! I have been extremely fortunate to work with really lovely people.

I really care about this place and believe in what we are doing. Our doctor is honest, has the patients best interest in mind, and we try to be as fair as possible. The staff is so hardworking and we get along well. I love that we are actualy friends in real life. I have learned so much from the experience that Dana has given me. I enjoy working in this field because I had braces when I was younger and my results gave me a big confidence boost. I wanted to give that to others and see how happy they are when they see their results.

Hi I'm Jess! I am from Jalisco Mexico. I have been working in the dental field since 2016. I love orthodontics because it's a positive environment where people typically WANT to be here - it makes a big difference. My main job is dealing with insurance at the front office, but I am also a trained orthodontic assistant so you may see me in the back as well.

Somehow my mental math skills have not improved over my years working for Dana, but calculators exist, so its fine! I have learned so many things over the years, so come test my dental knowledge. I can't wait to meet you!

My name is Laura and I am from Mexico. My primary job at Dana is to manage the lab. I sterilize tools, make retainers, and make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Hello I am Shawn. I do a lot of different things here at Dana, but as a patient you will likely meet me at the front desk or over the phone. My primary job is setting up our promotions and advertising, managing our software and payment systems, and solving any problems that come along. I am good at fixing things, so I also ended up falling into the role of repair guy for our office.

Since my desk is off in a corner you probably won't see me often, but know that I am working behind the scenes to and make your experience at Dana Orthodontics go as smoothly as possible.

One of my favorite parts of working in orthodontics is being able to interact with patients and get to know them throughout their treatment journey. Building those relationships makes my job both meaningful and rewarding.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time wth my pet Niyah and my sister. Whether we are relaxing at home or going on little adventures together, they always bring joy and balance to my life.
