My experience with Dana Orthodontics has been very positive. From the initial consultation, Dr. Dana and his staff have treated me as though I am a long-time friend. I wore the non-friction brackets for 10 months and was very impressed with the comfort of the bracket, especially when I went for the monthly adjustments. Other people I know who wore the more traditional bracket warned me about how sore my mouth would be each month when I had the brackets "tightened", but while there was some occasional discomfort, it was very minor.
